Job Summary
The role of the Reservations Agent is to be the main point of contact for all enquiries relating to reservations for both in house guests and perspective guests. It is the responsibility of the Reservation Sales Agent to promote and sell Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in a professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner to both in house and potential guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Promote and sell Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley to potential clients in order to secure reservations according to One&Only standards
Handle all telephone, email and fax sales enquiries. Both internal and external telephone calls via the hotel switchboard and direct to the department.
Email and Fax responses to potential clients
Have full product knowledge of resort rooms, resort facilities and the local area.
Up sell accommodation and resort facilities in accordance with the department policies and procedures.
Be fully competent with all areas of the property management systems used – Opera

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this position you will need to have prior experience in a 5 star resort/ hotel with at least 12 months Front Office experience, possess a well-developed knowledge of Hospitality & Tourism industry, Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
