Location: Belgium
The Role:
Go on sites to implement the company software (+-100 sites in Belgium)
Be able to create a guideline and a checklist with all the information needed by the company.
Help customers with the installation, configuration and problem solving of the software.
Point of contact for end users
95% of the role is on the client site and 5% at the office.
Profile:
Fluent in Dutch/French and a good knowledge of English
Good presentation and communication skills
Solution oriented
Strong active listening
Basic technical skills (Able to install and set up the software)
