Receptionist/Administration Assistant

We are seeking a Full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to support our busy and expanding Greenslopes Accounting Practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team and successful practice. We offer a friendly and progressive working environment, providing Taxation, Accounting, Audit and Superannuation services to a loyal client base located throughout Australia.

Applicants need to be well presented and motivated, possess a professional phone manner, ability to use initiative, display attention to detail and accuracy, have good time management skills, plus be able to work unsupervised.

Duties will include, but not limited to: –

Reception – including meeting and liaising with clients.
Answering Phones.
Maintaining Appointment Diaries.
Word Processing/Typing
Processing of Inward & Outward correspondence.
Filing
Scanning & Archiving
Receipting Payments of Debtors and Banking
General Administrative Duties.

Prior reception experience preferred, but not essential. Also, prior employment in an Accounting Practice would be beneficial.

Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm (No Weekends)

Remuneration:
Remuneration will be commensurate with the level of experience.
