Part Time Position – 7 Day Rotational Shift Roster

Your new position as Customer Service Agent will see you performing in a professional and consistent manner to ensure the various sections achieve their customer service standards. Located at Perth Airport, this role will see you delivering highest standards of Safety and Customer Service to all Qantas customers, both internal and external.

You will be responsible for:

Representing Qantas in a professional manner, encouraging a team environment and portraying our Airline group in a positive manner.
Co-operating with other team members and departments for the benefit of the customer.
Check-in service for both Qantas and our client airline customers.
Providing consistent and excellent customer service by being informative and taking ownership of problems and fixing them.
Complying with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards by meeting the customer requirements for the position including timely response and accuracy.

To be successful in this role you will display:

Completion of initial customer service training and face to face customer contact experience
Computer keyboarding skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High standards of personal presentation.
Understanding of the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
