An opportunity has opened for a 3-8 year PAE lawyer to work with an ex-Australian partner and join a leading corporate and commercial team in their well appointed Dubai office. Matters handled cross both advice and transactions work and the role could see you working on major broad commercial work including distribution contracts, franchise arrangements and joint ventures, as well as on M&A deals, IPOs, equity capital market advice, and corporate structuring. Native level English language skills are essential. Knowledge of Arabic is not needed.
