Description
ASIC’s current suite of mail screening devices is reaching the end of their economic life and need to be replaced with new regulatory compliant devices.Accordingly, ASIC invites suitably qualified service providers to submit a tender for the provision of regulatory compliant X-ray mail scanners to various ASIC offices.
Conditions for Participation
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012(Cth); and
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
The tenderer must hold and maintain at all times current ARPANSA Regulatory requirements and relevant radiation state or territory regulator. A copy of relevant certificates/licenses must be provided for each state/territory where the services are supplied.
