Description
The Commonwealth invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit responses in accordance with the terms and conditions of this request for the provision of asset stocktake and valuation services.
Conditions for Participation
The Supplier must be a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) registered with the Australian Property Institute, or accredited with a similar professional Australian valuation body. Evidence of accreditation must be provided with tender submissions.
The Supplier will require a recent police records check for each participant.
Timeframe for Delivery
Services are required from 13 April 2014 to 30 June 2015 or upon completion of the project. More detail is provided in the attached documentation.
