Description
AMSA, under the National Plan to Combat Pollution of the Sea by Oil and other Noxious and Hazardous Substances, may only use those Oil Spill Control Agents listed on the National Plan Register of Oil Spill Control Agent to be employed to combat oil pollution incidents.
Additionally AMSA maintains significant stockpiles of dispersant for the combat of oil spills from ships and offshore installations as part of the National Plan.
AMSA is approaching the market to create a Multi-User List of compliant Oil Spill Control Agents.
Conditions for Participation
AMSA requires that all Oil Spill Control Agents must be listed on the National Plan Register of Oil Spill Control Agents. See MUL documents for additional details.
Timeframe for Delivery
As required by AMSA.
