Restoring the Balance in the Murray-Darling Basin Program – water purchase tenders/initiatives.
Conditions for Participation
If a joint Tender is submitted, evidence that all registered owners of the Eligible Entitlement consent to the Tender and have endorsed the Tender Application Form.
The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Date.
The Tenderer must be the legal owner of the Eligible Entitlement or Restoring the Balance authorised by the legal owner(s) to make a sell offer on their behalf.
The Tenderer must not submit multiple Tenders relating to the same Eligible Entitlement which, in total, account for more than the total volume of water available on the Licence.
The Tender must not be submitted in respect of an Eligible Entitlement (or portion of an Eligible Entitlement) which is in the process of being purchased through an earlier tender round.
The Tender must not involve more than one Eligible Entitlement.
The Tenderer must not submit multiple Tenders relating to the same Eligible Entitlement, or portion of the Eligible Entitlement, in any one RFT Submission Period. If the Tender is assessed as not being value for money, Tenderers may submit a new application for the same Eligible Entitlement, or portion of the Eligible Entitlement, before the Closing Date.
