We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Support team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a nationally distributed team based in our Auckland office. This busy role offers variety, plenty of challenges, and a broad scope of work. The successful applicant will have a strong customer focus and experience in providing a wide array of in-house technical support.

In this role the responsibility will be to provide 2nd level technical support and day to day consultation, training, instruction, trouble-shooting, problem-solving to computer users for hardware, software, network and related computer systems and peripheral devices. Close collaboration with the IT teams, with and a desire to learn and impart your knowledge to others, will assist you to be successful in this role.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

Second line operational support, including troubleshooting for in-house IT issues
Procurement and operating system support
Microsoft operating systems and application support
Provision of efficient and value-add business solutions and customer service

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk or related position
Practical experience with Microsoft Server products essential, experience with Autocad and related Draughtin and modelling sofware desirable.
Pro-active and self-sufficient, with a demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate levels of judgement and initiative.
Effective time management skills, the ability to work to deadlines and see tasks through to completion.
Well-developed communication skills, written and oral, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
