An established commercial and residential building contractor delivering projects throughout Australia for over 25 years. A privately owned business that is enjoying huge success based on their unwavering work ethic and commitment to working closely with their Clients through the entire project lifecycle.
As a result of winning more projects, this is a new role for an experienced Contract Administrator. You will report directly to the Project Manager and work within a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities include;
•Coordinating and letting trade packages
•Project scheduling & programming
•Reading & interpreting plans for trade scopes
You will be an experienced Contract Administrator having worked with reputable contractors in a similar role. If you have demonstrable site-based experience as a Site Manager (or similar) and have progressed into the role of a CA, this will be looked upon favourably as will those applicants who possess tertiary qualifications and have also undertaken the role previously.
The role and the company is most suited to a hard-working individual who can manage constantly changing priorities working in a fast-paced work environment. You will know how to work efficiently and manage your time effectively.
Our client will offer a generous salary package and working conditions. The office is based in the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane in the Bayside region. The current projects are scattered throughout the Brisbane area.
