Within the Quality Division of Toyota’s European Headquarters, you will be responsible for performing vehicle evaluation to improve the overall vehicle quality level to meet the customer expectation level.
Your challenge
You will perform vehicle evaluation (Shipping Quality Audit, Project stage vehicle evaluation, manufacturing process confirmation) both static and dynamic for enhancing vehicle Quality to meet customer expectations.
You will support quality investigation activities with the aim to improve overall quality of the new models in project stage and current models in mass production stage, with focus to:
a) Reoccurrence prevention activities for current critical quality concerns
b) New critical concern occurence prevention activities for new technologies, design, features.
You will be expected to standardise & improve current working methodologies
Your Profile
You have maximum a degree from Technical high school.(Preferably automotive, electrical/electronics, mechanical etc). For this position we are specifically not looking for Bachelors or Masters degrees
You have min. 3.5 years of experience at Toyota or min. 5 years in relevant job (other OEM Dealer or Plant)
You are willing to travel across Europe and Japan frequently (approx. 40 per cent)
You are well organised and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player.
You have a good enough knowledge of English, any other language will be considered as an asset.
You are familiar with MS office.
You are practical, logical and have a hands-on approach
You have good communication, consensus building and problem-solving skills
